Your Contribution As a SAP Budget to Report Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing S/4HANA Finance processes focused on Budget to Report. Your expertise will help translate federal accounting needs into scalable SAP solutions, ensuring real-time insight into the entire Forecast-to-Report lifecycle. You will lead system analysis, oversee configurations, and facilitate cross-functional integration. Key Responsibilities: Conduct analysis and design for new S/4HANA B2R processes, facilitating workshops, and acting as the primary communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams. Design and configure a comprehensive 3-dimensional budget framework within Funds Management, effectively managing budgets across different dimensions. Implement hands-on configurations across key modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting to meet industry standards. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP Public Sector Financials to harmonize budgetary ledger synchronization and budgetary accounting. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure enhancements and interfaces align with functional requirements and federal compliance. Create and execute rigorous test plans (Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) and gather stakeholder input to validate solution accuracy. Oversee integration between B2R and other workstreams, including Procure to Pay for commitment tracking and Order to Cash for revenue recognition. Assist in deployment activities such as data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in SAP FICO/S4 Finance, particularly in S/4HANA Finance and the Universal Journal. Hands-on experience with SAP Public Sector Management, particularly in Funds Management and Budgetary Ledger configuration. Understanding of Federal Financial Management principles, including US Standard General Ledger and federal year-end processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Business Process Re-engineering, adept at adapting legacy business rules into contemporary SAP processes. Familiarity with Federal Audit Readiness and internal control frameworks. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Eligibility Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship). Eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance. Willingness to travel up to 25%. As required by law, Accenture Federal Services offers a range of competitive compensation based on location and various factors. The base pay range for this position is $86,400-$176,200 USD.
