Parts Service Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $11.00 - $17.00 The actual hourly rate will comply with the minimum wage required by the job location. Additional compensation may include annual and quarterly performance bonuses, as well as premiums based on specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if requirements are met. Are you an experienced and technical parts specialist? Join us as a Parts Service Specialist, where you will cater to professional customers at our installer counter. You will guide the daily activities of the delivery team, ensuring prompt and precise order deliveries. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Cultivate sales relationships with installers and professional customers. - Efficiently take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and manage delivery routing for timely distribution. - Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained and serviced per company standards. - Complete vehicle inspections promptly, ensuring accurate daily mileage is logged in fleet management systems. - Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to deliver exceptional service to our professional clientele. - Verify that all products and warranties are billed before customers leave the store. - Ensure timely collection and credit for core and warranty returns. - Audit customer returns for warranty policy compliance and ensure accurate labeling and tagging. - Assist at the front and retail counters as required. - Help with backroom responsibilities, including auto-loading, returns, and stocking tasks. - Process customer labor claims swiftly and efficiently. - Perform any other duties as assigned. SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES Required: - Strong mechanical background. - Excellent communication skills. Desired: - Practical knowledge of automotive repairs. - ASE Certification. - Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly preferred).
