Join Our Team as a Senior Delivery Manager! We are seeking a passionate Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Delivery Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a DM, you will collaborate with industry experts to offer strategic guidance and insights to our customers, ensuring they make the most of their NetSuite investments. What You Will Be Doing: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key collaborators in your portfolio, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business processes and objectives. Proactively offer tailored advice and resources to help customers maximize their use of NetSuite products and services. Demonstrate your functional knowledge of NetSuite and internal resources, encouraging customer adoption. Work in partnership with other teams focused on Customer Success, including Account Management, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Technical Support. Measure your success through customer engagement quality, invested time, system adoption, and retention rates. Earn and maintain various NetSuite certifications throughout your career. Your Responsibilities Include: Analyzing business needs to align Oracle solutions with customer objectives by integrating industry best practices, product expertise, and business acumen. Exercising sound judgment and business acumen to deliver functional and technical solutions for complex application and technology installations. Providing direction and mentorship to project teams, influencing customer leadership on key decisions effectively. Supporting business development by pursuing new opportunities and extensions, collaborating with the consulting sales team to lend your domain expertise. Resolving complex customer issues through recommendation and implementation of innovative solutions. Demonstrating expertise across multiple business processes and product families, architecting integrated technology solutions. Come Join Us!
