Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing

Medical Facilities of America is seeking a Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions. This Director will be responsible for leading a team of Admission Directors and Hospital Liaisons in the greater Virginia Beach and Tidewater area, with a primary focus of improving care transitions from the acute care setting to short-term post-acute setting. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate: Proven track record of past sales performance Strategic business development skills, including business planning; quarterly and annual plans with significant data analysis designed to drive successful tactics and strategies Effective goal and objective setting and follow-through Project management experience Strong customer relationship building qualities; specifically with front-line hospital staff, middle management and senior leadership Strong leadership, coaching and development skills with regards to development of high-performing teams Preferred candidates will hold at a minimum, a bachelor's degree and will have healthcare management experience Our Benefits Include: Health, dental, vision and life insurance.
