You will oversee the Front and Back-of-House teams, ensuring every Guest enjoys the exceptional hospitality we are known for. As a successful Dining Operations Manager, you will be dedicated to food and beverage excellence, foster team development, and maintain a passionate drive to support our team in delivering unforgettable experiences to our Guests. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and enhance the Guest experience Promote Team Member development for internal growth opportunities Manage and evaluate Team Member performance through coaching and training Effectively perform in both FOH and BOH roles as scheduled Make thoughtful decisions and demonstrate sound judgment Embrace and lead change initiatives Commit to personal and Team development Engage with community and market opportunities Actively recruit talent to build a stellar team Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year experience in restaurant/hospitality required Strong communication skills, with a knack for conflict resolution and mentorship Successful completion of corporate training program mandatory High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
