In this role, you will take ownership of developing and delivering project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules. Your strong multitasking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be key to navigating the fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors, accurately capture and distribute minutes to attendees. Ensure subcontractors have the latest versions of all technical documents, including drawings and specifications. Review all RFIs and submittals to ensure completeness prior to subcontractor submission. Monitor the return of RFIs and submittals from subcontractors and expedite support from engineering disciplines as needed. Conduct site visits to subcontractor fabrication shops to expedite material deliveries and verify work in progress. Coordinate material deliveries with Construction Management and field superintendent. Monitor subcontractor schedules weekly and escalate any issues to the Assistant Construction Manager and Subcontracts Administrator. Evaluate potential changes in collaboration with the Subcontracts Administrator and ensure prompt processing of changes into Unifier. Review, coordinate changes, and approve pay applications before submission for final approval. Leverage 10+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to life science and/or pharmaceutical production facilities. Utilize expert knowledge in civil, structural, and architectural construction management. Lead contractors and superintendents to ensure adherence to current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications. Manage CSA scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase through to execution, turnover, and subcontract closeout. Monitor project budgets to ensure compliance with project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Engineering and Subcontracting teams to develop scopes of work for CSA-related bid packages. Facilitate communication between Subcontracts Department and Engineering to ensure all requirements are met during the Bid Phase process. Work closely with Subcontracts Administration, Project Controls, Accounting, Quality, and Turnover teams to ensure efficient contract closeout.
