Your primary focus will be to assist customers in finding the right products, offer solutions, and manage returns or online pickups. Compensation will be competitive based on qualifications and experience. Your Contributions Will Make a Difference: Multitask effectively on cashier duties, sales, and merchandising responsibilities. Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer inquiries and issues. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Utilize basic selling skills to engage with customers and understand their needs. Efficiently handle returns and facilitate online pickups. Be adaptable in performing additional tasks such as cleaning and stocking shelves. Key Skills and Experience: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store's requirements. Strong desire to engage with customers and meet their needs. Collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Conflict management skills, resolving issues cooperatively and amicably. Integrity in handling customer information and business matters. Capacity to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range and stand or walk for extended periods.
