As an Evening Service Assistant, you play a vital role in maintaining the restaurant's overall operation and ambiance. Key Responsibilities: Bussing and cleaning tables to ensure a tidy dining environment. Efficiently operating and maintaining the dish room for optimal functionality. Keeping the back of the house organized and clean. Maintaining clean and stocked restrooms for guest convenience. What You'll Do: Reporting directly to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will help maintain pristine conditions both inside and outside the restaurant. You'll ensure dining tables are sanitized, and the back of the house is always organized and stocked, allowing us to provide prompt service to our guests. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs throughout shifts. Mobility to bend, stoop, reach, and move around the work area. Capability to work inside and outside in various conditions. Ability to stand and walk for most of your shift. Ability to immerse hands in water frequently and endure temperature changes. Capability to handle restaurant equipment safely. Position Qualifications: Team player with a commitment to excellent guest service.
