Join our dedicated team at Monte Nido Clementine Houston, a leading residential treatment program in Conroe, Texas, focused on supporting adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. We are committed to helping young individuals reclaim their lives and build a healthy future. As a critical member of our leadership and clinical teams, the Registered Dietitian Specialist will collaborate with various disciplines to provide optimal client care. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families as you help them navigate the challenges of recovery. Your role will include designing and implementing nutrition programming based on core principles that promote health, challenge disordered eating behaviors, and encourage developmentally appropriate eating practices. Your efforts will guide adolescents from the initial stages of food relationship repair to a confident, recovered lifestyle. Our HAES-informed nutritional care emphasizes: Understanding that healthy individuals come in diverse shapes and sizes. Ensuring all bodies receive nourishment and the experience of satiety. Focusing on behaviors rather than weight. Recognizing that attempts at weight loss can hinder recovery from eating disorders. Creating a welcoming, home-like kitchen and food environment for all. Responsibilities include: Overseeing all meals prepared for clients and ensuring proper documentation. Ensuring compliance with nutritional service standards and regulations. Conducting nutrition assessments and monitoring clients' nutrition intake. Engaging in the treatment team's development of Master Treatment Plans. Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least one year of experience in a healthcare or psychiatric setting, including internships. Registered Dietitian credential required. CPR/BLS certification must be obtained before starting work. Proficient computer skills. A deep passion for helping clients achieve their health goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. We offer a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement plans. Company-paid life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Paid time off and professional development opportunities. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
