TEAM SHIFT SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW: Team Shift Supervisors play a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction, training team members, managing financial targets, and upholding food safety and cleanliness standards. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment for the restaurant team and guests.
