Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales & Leasing Specialist, you will actively engage in the selling and leasing of homes within our communities. You'll work within a high-performing team that prioritizes excellence and customer satisfaction, ensuring the best possible service for current and prospective residents. Your role will also involve building relationships with homeowners and local organizations, utilizing your marketing and advertising expertise to reach potential residents. Essential Functions: Manage all sales and leasing operations, including appointment scheduling, conducting tours, assisting with applications, and finalizing agreements. Generate leads through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and promotional materials. Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, applicants, and external entities. Work with management to ensure homes are ready for new residents. Host open houses and sales events as required. Organize resident-centered events that promote YES Communities' culture. Participate in company meetings, trainings, and conferences, as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Education and Experience: Valid in-state driver's license is required. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in customer service or sales is strongly preferred. Must obtain any required state-specific sales licensing within 90 days of employment.
