As the Director in our Technology Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to streamline their operations and achieve their strategic goals. Our comprehensive suite of technology consulting services empowers state and local agencies to enhance user experiences and meet critical operational needs. Your key responsibilities include: Business Development: Cultivating strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities. You will spearhead proposal submissions and work to expand our market presence. Resource Management: Overseeing the recruitment, development, and motivation of staff to build a dynamic and diverse team. Collaboration: Actively participating in proposals, projects, and organizational initiatives to drive the growth of the Business Unit. Risk Management: Managing strategic and operational risks while ensuring project quality and client satisfaction. Project Delivery: Leading project delivery efforts, including conducting analyses, creating deliverables, and effectively communicating project progress. Qualifications: At least 10 years of management consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on technology. A minimum of 6 years in public sector management consulting, showcasing progressively increasing leadership roles. Experience in State Government services including planning, procurement, project management, quality assurance, and System Integration. Ability to manage multiple projects with a financial scope of $1-2M per fiscal year. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for effective communication. Proven success in hiring and managing a talented team. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required. Preferred qualifications: PMP certification This is a hybrid position that requires travel for team and client meetings. To thrive at PCG, you must maintain a distraction-free work environment, be available during your designated hours, and focus entirely on your responsibilities. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000, depending on various factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
