The Role As a Customer Experience Leader, you will ensure our customers enjoy an exceptional dining experience through the delivery of safe, high-quality food and excellent service. In this critical position, you will be responsible for training our restaurant crew, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally. This role requires being present and active on the floor, readily addressing tasks and providing support to teammates as necessary. Your Responsibilities Deliver delicious, high-quality food to our customers consistently. Address and resolve any food quality issues that may arise. Promote food safety by supervising hand washing and glove changes, monitoring temperature controls, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Handle customer incidents effectively, contributing to positive dining experiences. Assist with scheduling crew members, conducting meetings, and managing shift transitions. Train and empower front of house crew members with essential skills. Participate in performance reviews for Crew members. Mentor aspiring Service Leaders. Manage administrative responsibilities, including banking and office paperwork. Ensure all office equipment functions properly while managing supply inventory. Your Qualifications Understand and communicate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Familiarity with cash handling processes and procedures. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Experience with administrative tasks and office paperwork. Effective communication skills in the primary languages at the work location. High school diploma or equivalent.
