Opportunities Available: Fixed Term and Permanent Positions As a Workplace Holistic Assessor, you will: Conduct personalized one-on-one workplace assessments both onsite and virtually, focusing on the unique needs of each individual to help them overcome workplace challenges. Ensure compliance with KPIs and service level agreements while providing comprehensive reports that identify barriers and propose effective solutions to improve the work environment. Analyze workplace conditions, tasks, and layouts to uncover challenges faced by customers in their roles. Document assessments and recommendations accurately in our case management system, following Maximus policies and values. Communicate effectively and embody company values in every interaction. Qualifications & Experience Required: Proven experience in conducting professional workplace assessments. Knowledge of HSE (DSE) Regulations is an asset. Experience working with clients facing various challenges, such as Specific Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities, Hearing Impairments, Visual Impairments, Neurodiversity, or ASD. Strong report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management systems. Access to a car is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, coupled with a problem-solving mindset. A collaborative team player who is adaptable and thrives in changing environments. Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong planning and organizational capabilities. Resilient, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Willingness to travel regularly to various locations across the region.
