As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by thoroughly reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing quantity takeoffs, and accurately pricing all project aspects. You will leverage your industry knowledge to develop cost estimates that reflect local market conditions and project specifics. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications, prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, and establish prices for all project elements. Contribute to the overall bid and proposal process, ensuring timely and organized submissions. Evaluate construction documents across various trades, estimating overhead components effectively. Utilize up-to-date and historical market unit pricing for system-wide pricing across multiple trade disciplines. Conduct trade-off analyses on macro-scale components such as structural and mechanical systems, as well as foundations. Provide conceptual estimates quickly with limited designs, tailoring detail levels based on stakeholder needs, and applying program square footage costs.
