About the Role As a Major Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with and managing mid-sized business accounts with 300 to 999 employees. This role focuses on collaborating with executive-level decision-makers to provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, expanding your portfolio, and building valuable strategic partnerships. Your success in this role will significantly enhance our market presence and enable us to deliver innovative business solutions that address customer challenges. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire new mid-market business accounts through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Develop and implement market strategies to penetrate new territories while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through continuous learning, keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Measure your results and effectively communicate progress and insights to management. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (Required). 4-7 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in a commissioned environment, preferably in SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise sales. 2-4 years of experience in solutions/applications selling (Preferred). 2-4 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales (Preferred). Skills and Abilities: Strong task management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills with the capacity to effectively communicate, empathize, and resolve problems. Experience interacting with C-Suite executives and delivering impactful sales presentations. Demonstrated experience in prospecting greenfield accounts, forecasting, and managing travel. Proficient in proposal writing, including preparing and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel: Yes, travel is required. Compensation: Total Target Cash Pay Range: $116,500 - $210,200, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $69,900 - $126,120. Actual pay will depend on various factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.
