Job Requisition ID # 25WD92702 Position Overview Join our innovative Media & Entertainment team as a Lead Product Manager, where you'll focus on pioneering AI solutions within Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our cutting-edge AI-powered VFX platform. Reporting to the Senior Director of the Flow Studio Team, you will play a crucial role in aligning customer needs with engineering requirements and championing transformative features that shape the future of media production. In this exciting opportunity, you will collaborate with talented professionals to create state-of-the-art review solutions and drive excellence within the industry, all while empowering creators and redefining production workflows. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to define and implement the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and its review capabilities. Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while effectively managing risks and dependencies. Act as the primary customer-facing leader, regularly engaging with clients and partners to validate product strategy and ensure their needs guide product direction. Work synergistically with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product leaders to ensure smooth integration of review and content creation functionalities across all tools. Conduct continuous customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development, maximizing product impact. Stay abreast of global trends in content production and technology, leveraging competitive insights to guide innovation. Foster a vibrant developer community strategy to encourage engagement and feedback from production artists and developers. Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story maps and precise solutions to steer development priorities. Evaluate development technology for technical completion, performance, quality, and compliance. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience in product management or development, with significant exposure to the media & entertainment sector (feature films, animation, or game development). Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in machine learning, specifically in computer vision, computational graphics, or generative AI. Proficiency in Autodesk Production Management tools, Flow Studio, and competitive AI solutions and workflows relevant to VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions. Strong skills in synthesizing data from various sources, making difficult trade-offs, and effectively prioritizing tasks. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and external customers. Adept at distilling complex ideas into concise, impactful insights for diverse audiences. Experience successfully delivering machine learning models in production environments, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative technology. Commitment to ethical AI development and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects within a large organization, particularly in Agile/SCRUM environments. Familiarity with web development on large-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of statistical analytics principles and platforms. Familiarity with 3D graphics, rendering pipelines, or real-time engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Blender, Maya) is a strong plus. Salary transparency For U.S.-based roles, the expected starting base salary ranges from $151,400 to $244,860, dependent on experience and location, alongside potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
