Key Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized kitchen by strictly following all food safety guidelines. Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Assist the General Manager with task management and reporting, ensuring compliance with safety practices and cash handling integrity. Mentor and develop team members to ensure efficient and timely order preparation and delivery, resulting in enhanced customer service. Oversee cleanliness and organization in dining and food preparation areas. Ensure all restaurant equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to work various shifts as required. Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills, paying close attention to detail.
