If you want year round work, a clean and organized shop, and real opportunities to grow your career, this is the place to be. 1st Shift: 6AM-4:30PM / 5:30AM-1:30PM Friday 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM 48 hour work weeks (built in overtime) For 2nd shift once you go permanent you will get $2 raise for shift differential What You'll Do Think of it as framing under a roof - consistent work, no weather delays, and a supportive team environment. You will: Build walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and other structural components Work in teams of 3-4 at dedicated stations Use hand and power tools including nail guns, table saws, tape measures, and other shop tools Stay active on your feet in a fast paced, production focused environment Help meet daily production quotas while maintaining top tier safety and quality standards Nice-to-Have Skills: Entry Level! (Not required - they will train the right person!) Mechanically Inclined Hand and power tool Experience Able to work in as a shop helper Ability to read a tape measure Ability to read blueprints Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
