Assembly Associate

Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Assemblers to join a growing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Wentzville, MO. This role involves hands-on assembly work building metal cabinets, toolboxes, and interior components used in commercial vehicles. Job Title: Assembler Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (overtime may be required) Position Type: Full-time Job Duties and Responsibilities Assemble metal cabinets, toolboxes, and partitions using basic hand tools Follow simple build sheets or diagrams to complete each unit Inspect finished parts and stage them for the next step Lift, move, and handle parts safely throughout the shift Assist in other production areas as neededRequirements Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required) Dependable, on time, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Looking for a job with weekly pay and great benefits?
