Our Team Members are expected to provide excellent customer service by meeting customer expectations and cultivate memorable family experiences.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Perform operating procedures relating to events and programsAct as a liaison between the venue and the guestsProvide superior customer serviceClean and organize designated areas for public useEnsure proper set up and breakdown of equipment; sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as neededProperly operate cash registers and maintain proper cash handling proceduresDemonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitorsKnowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability execute proceduresIdentify risk management opportunitiesConduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelinesAdhere to all facility and SFM policies and proceduresAdhere to all local, state, health and safety lawsPerform all duties as assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work weekendsAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsOne year of customer service experience with the general public preferredPrior experience in the food and beverage industry preferredFood Safety Certification a plusMust be 16 years of age or older WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 40 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
