Role Overview We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics Director to oversee our comprehensive supply chain operations. In this critical role, you will ensure our products are manufactured, stored, and delivered reliably while maintaining quality, profitability, and growth. In this pivotal position, you will: Manage relationships with manufacturers and oversee production planning and scheduling. Lead the onboarding and qualification process for new manufacturing partners. Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure supplier redundancy. Manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and spearhead cost-reduction initiatives. Optimize inventory planning and enhance warehousing and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have: 7-12+ years of experience in the supplements or functional CPG industry. A strong record of managing supply chains for scaling brands. Solid operational and commercial judgment. Deep knowledge of contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and ingredient suppliers. Expertise in managing minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times effectively. Additionally, you should be adept at cost-saving strategies and knowledgeable about the economics of inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment. You will need to collaborate successfully with various teams, including product development, marketing, and commercial operations, to align our supply chain with the company’s broader business objectives.
