Warehouse Auditor and Administrator

Job Description Join our team and play a vital role in maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in our Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Auditor and Administrator, you will conduct audits across various job functions including order selection, shipping, receiving, and more. You will also perform essential tasks such as physical inventory counts, ensuring that we uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities Exhibit a 'Customer 1st' attitude, encouraging fellow associates to provide exceptional customer service. Conduct thorough audits on trailers and order fillers on a random weekly basis. Audit shipping, receiving processes, and conveyor belts randomly to uphold quality standards. Engage in auditing order fillers during selection and splits operations. Execute efficient cycle counts and manage inventory responsibilities. Maintain detailed audit records for individuals, shifts, and the warehouse. Perform all essential duties of this role with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age. Ability to pass a drug test. Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime. Flexibility to work any shift as needed. Commitment to confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills to manage various tasks and projects. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and high-rise cranes. Valid driver's license is required. Lift truck certification/license is mandatory. Desired Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and organizational structure. Previous auditing experience is a plus.
