Shift Supervisor

In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, training Team Members, and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Shift Supervisor, you will: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service by exemplifying CHARM and CARE. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Team Members through consistent daily interaction. Comply with company policies, state, and federal regulations regarding wages and hours. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational. Manage critical processes including line checks, food safety, and prep lists. Verify food is prepared according to specifications regarding portioning, preparation, and presentation. Collaborate with the management team on the rollout of new products and menu items. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise 15 - 25 Team Members. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, you should have: A minimum age of 21 years. A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. For internal candidates: Be a high-performing Team Member certified in all hourly positions, showcasing potential for advancement. For external candidates: At least six months of supervisory or management experience. Basic computer skills. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires: Regular attendance and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Frequency in hearing, speaking, walking, crawling, climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting/carrying items up to 50 lbs. Tolerance for significant temperature changes and frequent immersion in water and cleaning solutions. Specific vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
