The Remote Correspondence Coordinator is essential to our organization, expertly handling inquiries from borrowers, attorneys, authorized third-parties, and others. This role involves managing various forms of communication, including verbal complaints and general correspondence, adhering to our company guidelines and industry regulations. The pay for this position ranges from $23.50/hr to $25.50/hr. Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating incoming written inquiries, even those that might not directly pertain to mortgage servicing. Conducting in-depth analyses of loan information to formulate appropriate responses. Collaborating with various departments to develop suitable solutions where necessary. Creating tailored responses or utilizing standard templates to effectively convey essential information and resolutions. Addressing escalated verbal complaints received from our Customer Contact Division. Supporting Legal and other teams by drafting and sending essential correspondence. Providing administrative assistance to the Dispute Team and other divisions as needed. Upholding compliance with established company policies and procedures. Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exhibiting strong analytical abilities and adaptability in problem-solving. Managing time effectively while maintaining exceptional organizational skills. Interacting professionally with senior management. Understanding and acting upon both oral and written instructions efficiently. Communicating routine and factual information with clarity. Resolving complex issues collaboratively, exploring various alternative solutions. Utilizing common sense in job functions and decision-making processes. Making impactful decisions to maintain the credibility and quality of our services. Organizing thoughts to create clear, understandable communications. Composing letters effectively and professionally. Prioritizing daily workloads to ensure efficiency. Performing basic mathematical functions and ensuring the accuracy of results. Following essential instructions and guidelines thoroughly. What you need to bring: A blend of education and experience suitable for meeting the requirements. A high school diploma or GED is required; a college education is preferred. At least two years of relevant experience in mortgage banking or the financial sector.
