Overview We are seeking an experienced financial, tax, or legal professional who thrives in client-facing work and wants to align technical expertise with human purpose. This role is well suited for wealth planners, divorce or family law attorneys, and CPAs with a focus on personal taxation who want to apply their skills in a collaborative, planning-forward advisory environment. Our inbound pipeline continues to accelerate through strong referral relationships with leading matrimonial attorneys and other trusted professionals. This role is not responsible for business development or asset gathering. Your focus will be on direct client engagement, planning analysis, and execution-working at the intersection of planning, investments, and life transitions. You will help clients translate complex balance sheets and portfolios into clear, forward-looking strategies for their next chapter. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings alongside senior advisors, building trust through empathy, clarity, and technical competence. Translate complex financial, tax, legal, and investment concepts into actionable planning strategies clients can understand and implement. Apply planning frameworks to divorce settlements, post-resolution planning, wealth transitions, and ongoing investment management. Partner closely with our investment team to evaluate portfolios that may include public securities, private equity, venture funds, direct investments, real estate, carried interests, and other complex assets. Analyze asset division, cash-flow needs, tax implications, and long-term sustainability across multiple scenarios. Ensure asset segregation, distribution, and implementation are handled with risk-aware, tax-sensitive frameworks while supporting positive client and attorney outcomes. Collaborate across planning, investments, and operations to deliver outcomes no single discipline can achieve. As experience deepens, contribute to strengthening relationships with existing centers of influence, including family law attorneys, accountants, and mediators (relationship stewardship only; no sales or business development mandate). What We're Looking For CFP® designation (or on track) preferred, CDFA® (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) certification desired, or a strong legal or tax background (e.g., divorce/family law attorney or CPA specializing in personal taxation). 3-10 years of relevant professional experience in financial planning, family law, personal tax advisory, or a related client-facing discipline ideally with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net worth clients. Comfort working with clients in transition, including non-financial spouses navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change. Strong analytical and technical skills across planning, balance-sheet analysis, cash-flow modeling, and tax-aware implementation. Exceptional communication skills: able to educate without condescension and bring calm to complex, emotionally charged situations. Interest in bridging financial, tax, and legal perspectives to help clients move from resolution to renewal. Collaborative, adaptable, and intellectually curious; thrives in an environment without silos. Energized by purpose and the human side of advisory work. Above all, you bring kindness, empathy, and intelligence to the table. Skills can be developed-mindset and cultural fit matter most. Why Join Us? Join a collaborative team where planning and investments stand as equals, guided by empathy and long-term thinking. Apply your expertise in contexts that demand more than conventional planning: portfolios frequently include venture capital, private equity, real estate, private credit, and other complex assets. Work alongside institutional-caliber investors with 25+ years of hands-on experience across public and private markets. Be part of shaping a modern wealth planning model that integrates planning, investing, and purpose into a single client journey. For attorneys and CPAs, this is an opportunity to pivot from traditional practice models into purpose-driven advisory work with deeper, longer-term client relationships. Competitive compensation, meaningful upside, and career flexibility within a rapidly growing firm.
