Essential Functions: Execute grounds maintenance tasks in parking lots and surrounding areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to oversee all facets of landscaping and exterior maintenance. Follow strict safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
