Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Certification(s) Preferred: Certification in one of the following cloud platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Expertise in crafting and implementing data-driven strategies to fuel business growth. Proficiency in defining data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Experience in regular updates of data strategies and driving program success. Track record in executing transformation projects effectively. Knowledge of modern cloud data architectures and engineering across major cloud providers. Hands-on experience in cloud data architecture and integration patterns for various cloud technologies. Strong grasp of Data Warehousing principles and architectures. Experience in Big Data engineering and ETL/ELT development tools, especially in the insurance sector. Skills in developing storage solutions using Azure ADLS 2.0 or AWS S3. Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI. Adept in designing advanced analytics solutions, including AI/ML models. Familiarity with enterprise data concepts like Master Data Management and Data Governance. Knowledge of best practices for high availability and scalable data solutions. Understanding of CI/CD, cloud DevOps, and containerization technologies is a plus. Background in insurance data and relevant industry KPIs is beneficial. Experience in the Property & Casualty or Life & Annuity insurance sectors is a strong plus. Demonstrated Leadership Abilities: Past experience in Big 4 or consulting roles with a focus on strategy execution. Collaboration with business stakeholders to gather and document objectives, translating them to modern cloud solutions. Applying analytical techniques that align with business value. Eagerness to learn and apply modern cloud technologies and trends. Contributing positively to team dynamics through solid relationships and proactive communication. Managing multiple priorities and effectively communicating with various audience levels. Providing coaching and guidance to enhance team performance.
