What Does a Morning Shift Coordinator Do? Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of a manager during breakfast hours Responsible for opening the restaurant and providing excellent breakfast service to our guests Motivate and lead the team to achieve outstanding customer service Complete daily paperwork to record operational successes Manage breakfast inventory effectively As a Morning Shift Coordinator, your main aim will be to ensure that our guests receive top-notch service during breakfast hours, leaving them happy and satisfied! You will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding your team, and resolving any issues that arise by demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with team members' responsibilities and inventory management is essential for success in this role, alongside financial responsibilities such as paperwork completion. You will be in charge of managing breakfast shifts and prepping the restaurant for lunch service. Join Our Team!
