Your Role: As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will partner with the management team to lead shifts, support team members, and ensure every guest leaves thrilled. From managing kitchen operations to addressing guest inquiries, you'll ensure smooth operations while honing your leadership skills. What You'll Do: Operations: Facilitate efficient, smooth shifts across the kitchen, drive-thru, and dining areas. Ensure that food is prepared, cooked, and served according to Freddy's renowned standards. Open or close the restaurant, manage cash drawers, and oversee deposits. Maintain clean and stocked cooking stations while adhering to safety regulations. Team Leadership: Train, coach, and uplift new and existing team members. Motivate the team to focus on delivering outstanding guest service. Act as a manager when required and support the enforcement of policies. Guest Experience: Embodiment of a friendly, energetic, guest-first attitude. Address guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally. Contribute to making Freddy's a beloved destination for guests. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in fast food or restaurant leadership is a significant advantage. Must be at least 18 years old, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Able to stand, move, and lift regularly throughout shifts.
