Your Role: As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates through various channels, including networking, resume screening, and innovative outreach strategies. You will also manage relationships with external agencies and contribute to vital HR initiatives such as corporate training and employee development. Key Responsibilities: Proactively recruit candidates using a variety of methods: cold calling, networking, job postings, career fairs, college visits, and other creative strategies to maintain a consistent flow of talent across all departments. Manage and streamline candidate screening processes within our HR system, keeping daily updates for accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with search firms to secure outstanding talent and oversee these partnerships. Train managers and executives in effective networking and recruitment techniques. Participate in consulting related to HR technology selection, corporate training, employee development, and compensation strategies. Assist in revising and updating HR policies as necessary. Ideal Candidate Profile: 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven success record. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong computer skills and proficiency with HR systems.
