Job Description Overview A nationally recognized women's and children's hospital in Houston is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager - NICU to support operations within a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role partners closely with the NICU Director to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting staff development, performance improvement initiatives, and operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for a NICU Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager with recent leadership experience who thrives in a high-acuity, fast-paced neonatal environment.
