Use the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests, assisting them in finding exactly what they need with a 'friends first' attitude. You’re passionate about AE & Aerie products! Guests look to you for product knowledge and recommendations tailored to their preferences. You spread brand enthusiasm! Share the benefits of the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to enhance our guest's experience. You can adapt! Your skills shine in various areas, whether it's the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom. You are a proactive problem solver! Your primary goal is to enhance each guest's day, addressing concerns while adhering to company policies. You’re a collaborative team player! You consistently contribute to team efforts in achieving our goals. You exhibit integrity! You always act in accordance with AEO's policies and procedures. You are available to work during peak shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays! You have a genuine love for AE and Aerie products. You have previous retail experience.
