Hotel Operations Internship - Asheville, NC

Join Our Team as a Hotel Operations Intern at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown! At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a summer intern to assist various departments within the hotel and gain practical experience and insight into hotel operations. This internship program offers hands-on training in multiple hotel functions, providing valuable skills for future career advancement. What You'll Do: Rotate through different departments (Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to understand each department's role in hotel operations. Assist with daily tasks and special projects to support departmental goals. Shadow team members and attend meetings to gain insights into hotel management. Help improve operational processes and services based on observations and feedback. Provide guest assistance as needed and ensure excellent customer service. Assist department heads with assigned functions and tasks, learning systems, tools, and software. What You'll Need: Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related degree program (minimum GPA of 3.0). Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
