Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics (Full Time) Location: Kings Mountain, NC Incentives: Bi-Weekly Bonuses | Sign-On/Relocation Bonus or Student Loan Repayment | CEU Reimbursement Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you will work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, delivering individualized treatment sessions tailored to each clinic's specialty and patient needs. Our supportive and collaborative environment promotes clinician autonomy and professional growth while encouraging specialties aligned with your expertise and interests. You'll be part of a dedicated rehab team offering world-class care in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized, patient-centered care for orthopedic conditions Evaluate, plan, and implement effective therapy treatments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Participate in mentorship, team development, and continued clinical learning Specialty Areas Encouraged We support clinicians in developing their passions in areas including (but not limited to): Orthopedics Pelvic Health Oncology Vestibular Hand Therapy Pediatrics Neurological Conditions Vertigo Sports Rehab Parkinson's Disease Performing Arts Medicine Pulmonary Disease Concussion Management Dry Needling (as allowed by state regulations) Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in North Carolina Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care Benefits Competitive salary with a bonus structure Sign-on or relocation bonus/student loan repayment CEU reimbursement and support for specialty certifications Collaborative, inclusive, and growth-focused work environment
