Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to guarantee exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Provide thorough training for team members across all Shack operations. Inspire and manage a motivated team to deliver the highest level of hospitality. Exhibit strong leadership by focusing on coaching and achieving excellence. Develop and roll out strategies to promote the brand within the local community through events and word-of-mouth. Ensure adherence to all sanitation and safety guidelines. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a management role within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment. Expertise in various restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at every level. Strong understanding of the financial aspects of business operations. Food handler certification is preferred.
