You will work with diverse materials such as metals, plastics, and composites, so a strong attention to detail and accuracy is imperative. Key Responsibilities: Set up and program CNC machines to manufacture parts and components to exact specifications. Operate CNC machines to achieve the highest standards of quality and precision in production. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate effectively with team members to guarantee timely and accurate production of all parts and components. Maintain detailed records of production processes and machine operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in operating and programming CNC machines in an industrial setting. Strong understanding of machining techniques and a variety of materials. Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
