Server Diagnostics & Repair Specialist

Overview About the Opportunity We are seeking a Server Diagnostics & Repair Specialist to support a high-volume technology manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing server hardware and software issues to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards before returning to production. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You'll DoDiagnose and troubleshoot server hardware and software issues Identify root causes and determine appropriate repair solutions Perform repairs and verify functionality through testing and quality checks Distinguish between hardware and software-related issues and escalate as needed Follow work instructions, SOPs, and process flows to ensure consistency and quality Accurately document repairs, inspections, and test results Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards Skills and Experience What We're Looking For6+ months of experience in technical repair, diagnostics, or troubleshooting Experience working with servers, PCs, networking equipment, or electronics Background in a manufacturing, production, or technical repair environment Familiarity with quality inspections, documentation, and testing procedures Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Skills & KnowledgeComputer hardware and electronics repair Troubleshooting and diagnostics tools Blueprint reading and technical documentation IT repair or testing experience Familiarity with ISO/IATF/AS standards (a plus, not required) Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA (helpful but not required) Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
