Production Worker - pay up to $22/hour - Albertville, MN Responsibilities: Operate and set up production and fabrication machines Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy Adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation Perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards Load and unload parts from machines Count, stack, and organize parts in bins Lift 20-30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Required Skills: Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes Ability to stand for full shifts and lift 20-30 lbs Positive attitude and reliability Experience with robotic welders or laser machines Tube bending experience Growth and More: Clear career paths into brake press, CNC mill/lathe, robotic welding, and more Free uniforms and the option to wear shorts on shift Summer ice cream treats to keep you cool Supportive leadership that encourages learning and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALBERTVILLE, MN.
