Malone Solutions is now hiring Packagers, Production Operators, and Processing Associates for a respected food manufacturing client in Columbus, IN. Company Summary Our client is a specialty manufacturer of powdered beverages and food products, including: Hot cocoa Sports nutrition products Toddler formula Protein powders Coffee and teaThis is a clean, indoor, temperature-controlled food manufacturing facility. Available Positions Packager Packagers stand at their assigned machine and receive powdered product from Processing Associates. Responsibilities: Fill containers with powder Count and package products Prepare products for shipping Maintain quality standardsPackaging Operator I Responsibilities: Monitor product quality Test and clean machines Troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical issues Assist with packaging duties as neededProcessing Associate Processing Associates support Packagers and Leads in meeting customer commitments. Responsibilities: Collect powder ingredients from warehouse Follow detailed recipes Weigh and load bags into blenders Operate blending equipment per instructions Maintain a safe work environmentPhysical Requirements: Lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly Work in dusty powder environment Physically active roleShifts Available 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift Monday - Thursday (4 Ten-Hour Days) 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Compensation 1st Shift Packager: $14.00/hour + $2.00/hour Perfect Attendance Processor: $15.00/hour + $2.00/hour Perfect Attendance Packaging Operator I: $15.00/hour + $2.00/hour Perfect Attendance2nd Shift Includes $1.00/hour shift differential PLUS $2.00/hour perfect attendance bonus.
