About the Role As the AI Finance Applications Manager, you will be instrumental in executing a robust data management strategy for our finance applications. Bringing your deep expertise in finance applications and a strong grasp of data management principles, you will enhance EY's AI Finance service offerings to create a comprehensive, industry-agnostic data model that promotes data consistency across various finance systems. Your Responsibilities Lead and manage complex technical initiatives to ensure accountability for performance and achieve results. Collaborate effectively with technical teams to design innovative system architecture solutions. Drive process improvements through thorough research and analytical insights. Engage with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance business models, processes, and operations. Translate business needs into precise and actionable technical specifications. Create thorough documentation, including data dictionaries and entity-relationship diagrams. What You'll Bring A bachelor's degree with roughly five years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with close to four years of experience. At least four years of expertise in data management, specifically within finance applications. A strong understanding of data management principles such as governance, quality, and master data management. Practical experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Azure data services. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
