Physical Therapist - Groveport, OH Pay: $55 per hour Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Assignment: ASAP start through end of the school year About the Role We are seeking a committed and student-focused Physical Therapist to join our school-based team. In this role, you will perform evaluations, deliver therapy services, and document all care in alignment with each student's individualized plan of care and physician's orders when applicable. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for PT services Deliver therapy in accordance with individualized plans of care Document all therapy services accurately and in compliance with regulatory and professional standards Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing progress reviews Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and local requirements Minimum Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program One (1) year of prior PT experience preferred Compliance with all relevant professional standards Current CPR certification, if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, if required Current health certificate, per contract or state regulations Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements Must be at least 18 years old Compensation Notice This pay rate represents a good-faith estimate based on the position's circumstances.
