This full-time or part-time outpatient role offers the opportunity to practice in a structured, team-based primary care setting supported by experienced physicians, medical assistants, and dedicated administrative staff. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community while working within a collaborative, efficiency-driven clinical model. Position Overview Full-time or part-time outpatient position Manage approximately 19-24 patients per day (20-minute visit model) Practice within a structured primary care environment No inpatient responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services Maintain documentation within 72 hours Manage EMR workflows, including in-basket responsibilities (patient messages, medication refills, lab review, and follow-up coordination) Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and care teams to ensure continuity of care Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population Adapt to telemedicine delivery when applicable Qualifications Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license 1-2 years of outpatient primary care experience preferred Experience in FQHC or community health settings strongly preferred EPIC EMR experience highly valued Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus Strong communication, adaptability, and team-based care skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive starting salary beginning at $165,000+, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement Malpractice coverage PTO and CME allowance Strong clinical and administrative support structure Why Sacramento?
