This role merges clinical expertise with leadership and educational mentorship. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every provider and patient interaction meets the high standards of care we pride ourselves on. This role is perfect for experienced injectors eager to step beyond patient interactions and take on training, developing, and inspiring the upcoming wave of healthcare providers. Collaborating closely with Oli's founders and medical team, you will lead injector training programs, facilitate onboarding, and elevate our organization's clinical and cultural standards. Responsibilities Lead onboarding and training sessions for new injectors, both virtually and in-person. Enhance and uphold Oli's clinical education standards, operating procedures, and treatment protocols. Provide direct patient care while demonstrating best practices to new and existing injectors. Support live patient training sessions and shadowing opportunities for injectors. Offer constructive feedback to help injectors improve confidence, technique, and patient relationships. Work with leadership to pinpoint improvement areas in education and patient experience. Ensure that every treatment reflects our commitment to safety, natural results, and personalized care. Assist with quality assurance, adverse event reviews, and oversight of documentation. Qualifications Active, unrestricted PA-C or NP license in Michigan. Minimum of five years of experience in cosmetic injections. Strong clinical background in neuromodulators, fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels. In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A passion for teaching and mentoring others. An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a rapidly growing organization. Willingness to travel to new markets for training and support.
