As the Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to align with business goals and provide transformative recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include: Creating solutions for complex issues and suggesting policy modifications. Establishing procedures that impact your work area and potentially the broader business. Using your judgment to select the best methods and techniques for achieving results. To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions at all levels. Experience leading discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand client business processes. Willingness to engage in the pre-sales process, including RFPs and SOWs. Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and capabilities. Collaboration with developers to define specifications for custom code and data migrations. Skills to identify and mitigate potential risks, supporting change management. Strong analytical skills in application and tool analysis, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and privacy architecture. Complex problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Proficient relationship building and impactful communication capabilities. To qualify, you must have: A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree). 4-6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more and hands-on experience with configuration and customizations. At least 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers. A minimum of 2 years of Salesforce solution architecture experience on enterprise projects. 3 years of directing team members in development using the platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL. 5 years of experience with out-of-the-box functionality of the platform, focusing on security and automation best practices. 2 years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems. Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications. Demonstrable familiarity with relational database concepts. The ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities. A willingness to travel based on client needs. It would be ideal to have: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics, with a Master's degree preferred. Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect certifications. One or more certifications in Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant. Trailhead Ranger or Agentblazor Innovator Rank. Experience leading offshore or nearshore development teams.
