Primary Skills: Workday (Expert), Troubleshooting (Advanced), HRIS (Intermediate), Project Support (Intermediate), Talent Acquisition (Advanced) Contract Type: W2 only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $50 - $55 on W2 Job Summary: As a Workday Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful go-live and implementation of the Workday Recruiting system at Client. This position involves close collaboration with People Systems, Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to ensure the smooth rollout and functionality of recruiting workflows. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the recruitment process, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing the user experience. Key Responsibilities: Support system configuration, perform user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues during project go-live. Assist recruiters and hiring managers in navigating the new system, resolving issues, and fielding inquiries. Document and escalate technical or process issues to facilitate resolution. Work alongside HRIS, IT, and People Systems teams to test and validate system changes. Contribute to the implementation of new recruiting processes and collect user feedback to ensure an effective rollout. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated experience with Workday Recruiting. Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities. Effective communication skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Experience in large-scale company implementations is preferred. Assignment Duration: 6 months, with a potential extension. Interview Process: 1-2 interviews with Vipul and a colleague. Location: Remote, any time zone.
