We are seeking a professional, composed, and client-centered Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. This role is essential to the client experience and sets the tone for every interaction that follows. This is not simply a front desk position - it is a role for someone who takes pride in bringing organization, professionalism, and calm in a fast-moving environment. You will be trusted to manage the flow of communication, support daily operations, and ensure every client and guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate is steady under pressure, detail-oriented, and naturally service-minded. They understand that professionalism is reflected in small details, consistency, and follow-through. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured individuals by serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential function effectively. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls with efficiency and care • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office communications • Maintain a polished and organized reception area • Order and replenish office supplies • Provide administrative support, including scanning, copying, emailing, and document handling • Communicate clearly and professionally in all written and verbal interactions • Support team operations and contribute to a positive, accountable office culture What Success Looks Like in This Role • You create a welcoming, professional environment that clients immediately trust • You anticipate needs instead of waiting to be asked • You communicate clearly and follow through consistently • You take ownership of your space and your role on the team Qualifications: • 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused in a busy environment • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Comfortable managing phone systems and client-facing communication • Basic computer proficiency, including word processing and office software • Familiarity with FileVine case management software preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion Compensation: $16 - $19 hourly• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential function effectively.
