Quality Assurance Manager Job Summary The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance standards, processes, and performance across projects and operations. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Project Management, and Field teams to ensure deliverables meet company standards, client expectations, and compliance requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager drives continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and consistency in execution. The Quality Assurance Manager will be over 3-5 direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures across the organization. Monitor project deliverables, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. Conduct quality reviews, audits, and inspections toidentifygaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Operations, Sales, Project Management, and Field leadership to align quality expectations and execution. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to teams to improve quality awareness and performance. Identifyroot causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventative action plans. Track quality metrics, trends, and KPIs; present findings and recommendations to leadership. Participate in project setup and planning to proactivelyidentifyquality risks and mitigation strategies. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and client deliverables areaccurate, complete, and delivered on time. Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction. Maintain adaptability to shifting project scopes, timelines, and operational needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality standards are understood and consistently applied. Create training SOP's / SOG's Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements and Preferred Experience Experience in quality assurance, quality control, project management, or operational oversight. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and quality management principles. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar. Experience with database systems, documentation management, and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability toinfluence acrossteams. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with leadership, clients, and field personnel. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail while managing competing priorities. Decisive self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives and drive accountability. Ability to work outside normal business hours and overtime asrequired. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of experience in a quality, supervisory, or operational leadership role preferred. Quality-related certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
