Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) Full Time Only Our client is a local family-owned home care agency, whose goal is to raise the standard in home health. Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide one-on-one medical care for a patient in their home. The ideal candidate will ensure the patient’s health, comfort, and overall well-being while maintaining medical standards. Compensation: $30-$35/hr depending on the case W2 and weekly Pay $1,000 Sign on Bonus Health Benefits after 60 days 401K with up to 4% match on Month 7 PTO to start accruing on month 13 Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care according to a personalized care plan Monitor and document vital signs and patient status Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with mobility, hygiene, and personal care Educate patient and family members on disease management and care Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers Maintain detailed, accurate nursing records Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition Qualifications: Valid RN or LPN license in Florida CPR/BLS certification Experience in home health or private duty preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Apply HERE Or send resume to
