Who They Are We are working with a 15-year-old, family-owned floor and roof truss manufacturer in California's Central Valley that's hiring a Design Manager (or a very senior truss designer ready to lead). They do $15-20M in annual revenue, have a team of six designers, and are known for handling complex custom residential and multifamily work that others avoid! This individual would own the design workflow, mentor younger designers, support senior staff, and help cover walk-in/call-in customers. Compensation for the role is competitive with bonus potential, relocation help, and a much lower cost of living than most of California!
